PRICING

Our pricing is based the scope of the project and an approved work order and cost estimate.  Hourly rates, material cost, and outside vender (i.e. printing) support are included in the estimate as approriate.   All estimates are "not to exceed" therefore final cost may be lower.

We have special packaging prices for certain services.

Standard Pricing Terms

We bill on a time and materials basis.  All work to be done and cost is included in the project work order which is subject to customer approval.

Each service we provide is based upon a "not to exceed" estimate and approved work order for each product. 

The estimate includes a description as to what is to be done, target delivery and production dates, and cost (define requirements, design, setup, materials and labor) for each project. (NO COST Initial consultation to determine needs.)

If the project requires outside support or special efforts, the estimate will include their pricing as well.

Once the work order and cost is approved by you, 50% of the cost is payable (if over $250) and work will begin.   The remaining 50% plus any approved additional cost is due upon delivery.

All master templates, photographs and other materials associated with your project are provided to you.

Locust Grove Business Services will correct any defects in the agreed to work order/design samples and cover any reprinting cost that may be incurred due to said defects.

Hourly Rates

Hourly rates are negotiable based upon the scope of the project and urgency for service.  The below rates are the maximum per hour charged.  (Rates are subject to change)

                 Desktop Publishing............ $65.00

                 Digital Photography........... $65.00
                     - Private or event shoots...negotiated rate

                 Computer Consulting......... $100.00
                     - Retainer arrangements are possible

Web Site Creation and Support

   - 5-page web site............ $50.00 per page

   - 6 to 10 page web site.... $40.00 per page

   - 11 or more pages.......... $35.00 per page

All web sites include 15 business day editing (commences after site is published) at no cost.

Support for maintaining your site is provided and billed on a case by case basis.
